ORIGIN: SICHUAN PROVINCE

Chuan cuisine is by far the most well-known branch of the eight cuisines of China. Chili pepper, Szechuan pepper and broad bean chili sauce are used in many signature dishes, making the spiciness so addictive that you simply couldn't resist!

Starter:

- Peking hot and sour soup (spicy)

Main Course:

- Kung pao chicken (spicy)

- Sui Zhu beef (spicy)

Yue (serves three) 72 €

ORIGIN: CANTON PROVINCE AND HONG KONG

What distinguishes Yue cuising is milder, sweeter flavours, and ingredients from the sea. The warmer climate in Canton province also gives birth to a large variety of fresh vegetables and fruits, such as lychee.
